1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

A refund or replacement may be considered in the following cases:

  • The wrong product, colour, design, or quantity has been delivered.

  • The product is materially different from the product ordered.

  • The product is damaged during transit.

Products must be returned in their original, unused and undamaged condition, with the original packaging, tags, invoices, and other accessories, wherever applicable.

2. Unboxing Video Is Mandatory

An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all refund, replacement, damage, or missing-item claims.

The video should:

  • Clearly show the sealed package before opening.

  • Show the shipping label/order details.

  • Capture the complete opening of the package.

  • Clearly show the product and any damage, defect, wrong item, or missing item.

  • Be continuous and unedited from the sealed package until the product is fully inspected.

Refund or replacement claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

3. Time Limit for Claims

Any refund or replacement request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must contact us through the contact details provided on our website and provide:

  • Order number

  • Customer name and contact details

  • Reason for the claim

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Complete unboxing video

  • Any other information reasonably required to verify the claim

4. Non-Returnable Products

Refunds or returns may not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.

5. Refund Approval

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will inform the customer about the next steps. If a return is required, the product must be shipped back as instructed.

We reserve the right to reject a claim if the product does not meet the conditions of this policy or if the claim cannot be reasonably verified.

6. Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the approved refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment gateway and banking timelines.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

7. Shipping Charges

Where a refund or replacement is approved because the product was damaged, defective, incorrect, or incorrectly delivered, Satyanarayan Silk Mills may arrange or reimburse the applicable return shipping, as determined on a case-by-case basis.

For other returns, shipping charges may not be refundable.

8. Exchange / Replacement

9. Cancellation
